Vehicle Rollover APRIL 17 - On Wednesday April 17, 2013 at approximately 1823 hours the Sleepy Hollow Fire Department was dispatched for a reported vehicle rolled over with no injuries but a fluid spill at Phelps Way and Phelps Lane.
